Returns Policy

At the time, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please carefully review our terms below for
EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT ONLY.

** ANY ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR REQUEST AND APPROVAL THROUGH PROPER
CHANNELS, AS OUTLINED BELOW, WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.

FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS- Exact Exchange/Replacement Only

If you received an item that is defective in any way, we will be happy to do an exchange for
the exact same item. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

● Requests for exchange must be made within 14 days from delivery date.

● Items must be unused in original condition with all tags attached, if applicable.

1. Please send us a request via email @ info@alohaodb.com within 14 days from
delivery date. Include your order number in the subject, and in your email, explain
the defect in detail, including photos if possible.

2. Return requests will be reviewed, and if accepted, we will send you instructions and
a printable shipping label to complete the return.

3. Return item must be postmarked within 10 days from receiving our email with
return instructions and printable shipping label (according to the timestamp on our
email). Once we receive the returned item, and it meets the conditions mentioned
above upon review, you will be notified regarding the status of your replacement. If
an exact replacement is no longer in stock, you will receive a store credit and a code
for free shipping on your next purchase.

FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS-6We want all of our customers to be satisfied with your purchases, however, at this time we can only offer a store credit for all accepted returns. Please note that customers will incur
the expense of shipping for the return as well as the future purchase using store credit, and
we reserve the right to refuse any returns with valid justification.

In order to qualify for a store credit, please ensure the following conditions are met:

● Purchase was not made during a sale or special promotion. All sales are final on
marked down items.

● Requests for return must be made within 14 days from delivery date. Any requests
made after this timeframe will not be honored.

● Items must be unused in original, saleable condition with all tags attached, if
applicable. Please use care when trying on items. Upon review, if any item
appears to be worn, washed, or altered in any way, and not in salable
condition, item will be refused and sent back to customer.

your printable shipping label, and instructions on how to complete your
